Workforce Development Initiatives
Dorchester County has developed various programs to address workforce needs, as well as networking opportunities among the County’s existing industries. Dorchester County is also home to programs like STEMersion and FIRST Robotics that are both instrumental initiatives for shaping tomorrow’s workforce for today.
