Dorchester County residents interested in building their qualifications for manufacturing jobs can complete the ManuFirstSC program — free of charge! Through a partnership with Dorchester County Economic Development, any Dorchester County resident with a high school diploma or GED can apply for a limited number of scholarships for the April-May session of ManuFirst SC.
