In grand fashion, Governor Henry McMaster officially inaugurated Sundaram-Clayton’s Ridgeville foundry, the company’s first U.S. manufacturing facility. Headquartered in India, SCL is a leading aluminum die-caster serving customers including global automotive OEMs in the U.S., Europe, and India.

With a $90 million capital investment and the potential for 230 new jobs over the next five years, SCL has already made significant positive impact on Dorchester County.
